    1. Harmony says:

      ok…:D

      1. bad
      2. they eat the same animals
      3. it kills the habitat where animals live
      4. anything alive dies with no water – it drowns with too much.

    2. Kubuntu Konquerer says:

A pollutant is something that makes water or air impure – think the oil in Louisana right now.

Frogs and birds eat the same stuff, sometimes.

      1) We kill what they need to live, like plants they need to eat, by clearcutting the forest.
      2) Construction causes pollutants, so the air and water becomes poisonous to many species.

Flooding or drought. Flooding – ground washes away, plants are uprooted, burrowing animals lose their homes. Drought – plants die, animals have nothing to eat, also die. Animals that eat them die. Etc – domino effect.

    3. Jessie says:

      1. A pollutant is generally, any substance introduced into the environment that adversely affects the usefulness of a resource or the health of humans, animals, or ecosystems.
      2. Frogs and brids compete by being pets, life forms, and by helping the earth. They also eat the same things sometimes.
      3. Firstly there is the destruction and degradation of habitat where the construction is to take place, there are also the access roads etc. There are all the usual problems associated with construction such as, disturbance (noise, vibrations, light etc.), environmental incidences and accidents (e.g. oil spills) and incidental mortality (accidently running over animals etc.). Once the new infrastructure is in place many of these problems remain, there are also additional things such as littering and encroachment (people tend to extend their ‘territory’). People are also likely to kill and damage for convenience and fun. There are also more unforeseen problems such as lowering the gene pool and destroying meta populations which may be needed to ensure a sustained population
      4. Flooding or drought. Flooding – ground washes away, plants are uprooted, burrowing animals lose their homes. Drought – plants die, animals have nothing to eat, also die. Animals that eat them die. Etc – domino effect
