I found out recently that my home contained both lead paint and pipes. I informed my landlords, and also informed them that most repairs had to be conducted in the unit by a certified contractor. They told me "that is[was] bulls***" to quote. That they didn’t have to do that. Part of the renovations that they will be attempting to do is pounding out the paint in several painted shut windows. It is my understanding that it is illegal for them to undertake this on their own after April 22, 2010 because of new EPA laws. They need to have a certified contractor provide us with a packet on lead, and oversee the renovations. Can anyone give me anymore information, perhaps a contractor? Also any other websites where I can print out the information, or direct my landlords to would be great. I have five children, including a three year old, and and infant. They never gave me a lead disclosure packet before we signed the lease, or the "protect your family from lead" brochure. I live in IL.
You need to do some Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) work on your site. For a start you could try the following:
Firstly, add the keywords "hampshire lead certified painting contractors" to the ‘keyword tag’ and ‘title tag’ of your website.
Secondly, make sure all of these words are included within the content of you website.
Even after doing this, it may take a while for your site to be indexed by the search engines, and start rising up the rankings.
Quickest way is through paid advertising like Google Adwords. For natural results, you need to make those keywords appear in the website content and in links pointing to your website. If there is a lot of competition, you should consider hiring a professional SEO/SEM firm.
Best way is to hire Seo expert or use PPC program for advertise your website
